Save your vendors once and book them on any event
Every vendor you add is kept in Vendors with their usual stand, passes and load-in. Add them to the next event in a click, bring back last time's crew, and see how each did across events.
Your vendors are saved automatically
Every vendor you add on an event is also kept in Vendors (in the sidebar). A vendor with the same name on another event is the same vendor, so their history builds up by itself. You can also add one there directly with New vendor.
Each vendor remembers how they Usually come: their Stand (matched by name on each event's plan), how many Staff passes and when they load in. These update themselves from their latest booking, and you can edit them.
Add them to an event
- On the event's Vendors tab, click Add from your vendors, tick the ones you want and click Add vendor. Each comes with their usual stand, passes and load-in, and their logo.
- Or, from Vendors, open a vendor and click Book on events to add them to several upcoming events at once.
- Duplicate an event, or let a repeating event create its next date, and its vendors come along — not their staff, since who works the stand changes.
Same crew as last time
When a vendor's people from their last event aren't on this one yet, their row shows Same crew as last time. One click gives each of them a pass (up to the vendor's limit). The vendor sees the same offer on their own page.
One link for the season
Copy their link (in the vendor's menu) gives the vendor a page that lists every event they're booked on with you. Each opens their usual vendor page, where they add staff.
Numbers across events
The vendor's page shows every booking with the stand and how many of their staff came.
Archive a vendor to take them out of the list; past and booked events keep them. Booking them again brings them back.
