Add vendors, stands and staff passes
Give the businesses that serve at your event — food trucks, caterers, drinks, the band — a stand and staff passes they fill in themselves.
A vendor serves at the event: food, ice cream, drinks, a food truck, the band, an exhibitor's stand. A business that pays to be seen — a bank, a beer brand — is a sponsor: see Sponsors: visibility across your events.
Add a vendor
- Open the event and go to the Vendors tab.
- Click Add vendor.
- Fill in the Vendor name and, if you like: - Stand — any table on the plan can be a stand; add it in Seating first. - Staff passes — the most they can add through their link. Each pass counts as a seat. - Load-in from — staff passes open at this time instead of the event's default window. - Contact, Email, Phone and Notes.
- Click Add vendor. To add their Business logo, open the vendor again and use Upload logo.
Let them name their staff
- Click Vendor link on the vendor's row. The link is copied.
- Send it to the vendor. On their page they see their stand and load-in time, and add their staff under Add staff, one name per line.
- Each person gets their own pass with a QR, scanned at the door like any guest.
You can also add names yourself with Add staff on the row (Names, comma-separated). Removing a vendor stops their link and revokes the staff passes not yet used.
On the event page
To list them on the event page under Food, drinks and stands, turn on Show food, drinks and stands in the Page tab.
