See your plan and usage

  1. Click Plan in the sidebar.
  2. The top of Plan & usage shows a meter for each limit, as used / included.
  3. Scroll to Three ways to pay to see the numbers for every option — Free, per event, monthly or yearly, and Enterprise.

Every plan has every feature; what changes is how much you can use. The same meters appear on the dashboard (Plan usage) and on the Billing page.

What each limit counts

  • Seats this month (or Seats this year on a yearly plan) — one seat is one invited person, whether or not they show up. A monthly allowance resets each calendar month; a yearly one is a single pool for the paid year. The sample event and events covered by an event pass don't count.
  • Team seats — people in your workspace, plus team invitations that have been sent and not yet accepted.
  • Venues — venues that aren't archived.
  • Active events — events that haven't ended and aren't archived. The sample event and events with a pass don't count. Archiving an event frees its slot.
  • Doors in use — paired scanner devices, plus team members currently scanning from their own phone. On the Free plan, scanning from your own phone doesn't take a slot.

What happens at a limit

Limits are checked when you create something — a venue, an event, an invitation, a team invite, a device. If you're at the limit, a Plan limit reached dialog explains why, with View plans (and Buy an event pass when the limit is seats).

  • On the Free plan, seat limits are firm: there's a cap per event and per month.
  • On a paid plan, invitations are never refused for seats. Seats past your allowance are billed after the period closes — see Invoices and usage.
  • The door never says no for a billing reason. Guests with a valid QR always get in.
One big event a year? An event pass may suit you better than a subscription.
