The attendance summary after each event
Shortly after an event ends, VenueWS emails you one summary of how it went: invited, confirmed, showed up, no-shows and the busiest hour.

When it arrives
- Run your event as usual. There's nothing to turn on.
- About 15 minutes after the event's end time, VenueWS emails the summary to whoever created the event. If that person is no longer on the team, it goes to the workspace's first member.
- Look for the subject "event name — attendance summary".
You get it once per event. An event with no invitations doesn't send one.
What's in it
- Invited — invitations issued.
- Confirmed — guests who said yes, and how many declined.
- Showed up — people admitted.
- No-shows — confirmed but not admitted, with the share of confirmed guests who came.
- Busiest hour — the hour with the most entries, when there were any.
- An Open the event button that takes you to the event in VenueWS.
The summary is written in your workspace's language.
Want more detail?
Open the event's Attendance tab for Check-ins per hour and Latest check-ins, and use Export CSV for the full attendance list. The Event summary emails also appear in Settings → Email delivery.
Tip: the confirmed and no-show numbers depend on guests answering the RSVP. A reminder or a message to guests who have not responded before the event makes them more useful. See Groups and RSVP.
