Invite groups and collect RSVPs
Give one QR to a whole party, and let guests tell you from their invitation page whether they're coming and how many.
Invite a party with one QR
- In Invite guest, set Party size to the number of people (up to 500). In a CSV, use the
partySizecolumn. - Issue the invitation. One QR now admits that many people; the door scans it once per person.
In the guest list you see how many of the party are in, such as "2/4 in". A party can sit at one table, or use Seat across tables in the row menu to split it.
How guests RSVP
Each guest's invitation page asks Will you be coming? with two buttons: Yes, I'll be there and Can't make it. For a party, they also choose How many of you? (up to the party size). They can Change their answer until the event ends or someone in the party has been scanned in.
The reminder email links straight to this page too, with a button to confirm.
Where you see the answers
- The RSVP column of the guest list: "Yes", "Yes · 3 of 4" or "No".
- The Expected card at the top of the event: guests who said yes, with how many said yes, no or haven't answered.
- After the event, No-shows compares the confirmed guests with the people admitted.
Use RSVPs in messages
In Send a message, choose who gets it: for example guests who have not responded to nudge them, or guests who said yes for practical details. Guests who declined don't get the automatic 24h reminder.
Tip: for self-registration, the most people one registration can bring is set with Max party size in the event form.
