Check whether an email was delivered
See the last emails your workspace sent, what failed and why, and send one again.
Check one guest
- Open the event's guest list.
- Look at the small dot next to the guest's email: green means sent, amber means queued or retrying, red means it failed. Hover over it to see when it was sent or the error.
- To send it again, open ⋯ on the row and choose Send again….
Check everything
- Go to Settings (admins only) and scroll to Email delivery.
- You see the last 30 emails sent from this workspace: who it went to and the subject, the type (such as Guest invitation, Guest reminder or Event summary), the status and when.
- To send one again, click the retry arrow at the end of its row.
The statuses
- Sent — handed to the email provider.
- Queued — waiting to go out, or waiting for its next try. A retried email shows when its next attempt is due.
- Sending — going out right now.
- Failed — gave up. The reason is shown in red under the status.
Failed emails are retried automatically up to 5 times, waiting longer each time (about 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, then 2 hours), before they're marked Failed.
If a guest still can't find it
- Ask them to check spam and promotions folders.
- Check the email address for typos and fix it, then resend.
- Send them the link yourself with QR & share link — it works without any email.
- For many guests at once, use Send a message with guests whose last email did not arrive.
Tip: if the panel says outbound email is not configured, invitations still work by link and QR; contact support.
