Find your way around an event
What the cards at the top of an event mean and what each tab is for.
Open an event
- Go to Venues, open a venue, then click the event in its Events list.
- At the top right you have Import CSV, Invite guest and the ⋯ menu (Edit, Duplicate, Archive).
The cards
- Invitations — how many are issued, with active, revoked or awaiting approval.
- Seats — people the invitations admit, against the capacity.
- Expected — guests who said yes, and the yes / no / pending split.
- Admitted — people let in so far.
- Inside now (with re-entry on) or Checked in.
- Capacity used before and during the event; No-shows once it has ended.
The tabs
Each tab is its own address, so you can send a colleague straight to one. The number on a tab says whether there's anything in it.
- Guests — the Messages panel to send a message, Linked guest lists to sync Eventbrite or Google Sheets, and the guest list itself.
- Attendance — Check-ins per hour, Latest check-ins and Export CSV for the full attendance list. When you run promotions, their results for this event show here too.
- Seating — tables, the Floor plan and Open the seating board. See Floor plan.
- Vendors — vendors, their staff passes and their ads.
- Page — the event's public page for guests. See Event page.
- Waiver — terms guests accept before the door, and who has signed. See Waivers.
Tip: when public registration is on, a box above the cards shows the registration link with Copy link and Open page.
