Sync guests from Eventbrite or Google Sheets

Link an Eventbrite event or a Google Sheet to an event so ticket buyers and sheet rows become invitations and stay up to date.

  1. Open the event. On the Guests tab, find Linked guest lists.
  2. Click Link a guest list and choose the Source: Eventbrite or Google Sheets.
  3. Fill in what it asks for (below), then click Link.

Eventbrite

  • Eventbrite event URL — the address of the event's page on eventbrite.com.
  • Private token — from your Eventbrite account under Developer → API keys. It never leaves the server and is only used to read attendees.

Ticket buyers become invitations, and a refund on Eventbrite revokes the QR here.

Google Sheets

  1. In the sheet, choose Share → Anyone with the link → Viewer and copy the link.
  2. Make sure the first row names the columns: guestName, guestEmail, guestRef, partySize, table. The reference or the email keeps rows matched.
  3. Paste it into Google Sheets link (shared as view-only).

Keep editing the sheet; changes are picked up on the next sync.

Keep it in sync

Each linked list shows when it last synced and how many guests were added, updated and revoked.

  • Sync now pulls the latest list right away.
  • Keep in sync (the switch) lets it sync on its own. Turn it off to pause.
  • Unlink stops syncing. Invitations already issued stay; they just stop being updated.

Rows stay matched, so a re-sync updates guests instead of duplicating them. You can link more than one list to the same event, and each keeps syncing on its own.

A row that can't be imported — a blocked guest, a full event or a plan limit — is skipped without stopping the rest. For a one-off file, use Import guests from a CSV instead.

Another platform, a CRM or your own system?

Click Request a custom integration under Linked guest lists (or in the CSV import dialog). Tell us which system, how many guests and how often it should sync; it reaches our team as a request you can follow under Help & support, and we answer with what's possible, usually within one business day.
