Invite your team and choose their roles
Add teammates to your workspace, give each one the right role, limit staff to certain venues, and remove people who no longer need access.
Invite a teammate
- Open Team in the sidebar.
- Click Invite teammate.
- Type their email in Email (optional) — or leave it blank to get a shareable link instead.
- Pick a Role (see below). For a Manager or Door member, choose At which venues if your workspace has more than one.
- Click Send invite (with an email) or Create link (without one).
With an email, we send them an invitation. With a link, copy it with Copy link and send it however you like — it works once. Either way, invites expire after 7 days.
Only Admins can invite, change roles and remove people. Managers and Billing members can see the team list.
The four roles
- Admin — Everything, at every venue: venues, team, plan, settings.
- Manager — Runs events at their venues: guests, seating, vendors, messages, the door. Not the venue's settings, the team or the plan.
- Door — Scans and admits guests at their venues. Nothing else.
- Billing — Plan, invoices and the audit log. No venues.
Limit someone to certain venues
Managers and Door staff can work at every venue or only some. Leave All venues, including ones added later ticked for full reach, or untick it and tick the venues they should see. None ticked means all of them.
Change a role
In the Role column, pick a new role (and venues) for the member. It saves right away and you'll see Role updated. You can't change your own role — ask another Admin.
Remove a member
Click Remove on their row and confirm. They lose access to this workspace immediately. Their account keeps existing and can be re-invited later. You can't remove yourself.
Pending invites and seats
Invites that haven't been accepted yet appear under Pending invites, with their role and when they expire. Click Revoke to cancel one.
Your plan includes a number of team members. A pending invite already takes a seat, so revoking invites nobody will use frees room for someone else. See Plans and limits.
