Put a run of dates on one tour page
Create a tour with a public page at /t/<slug> that lists every stop, and add the next city by copying an event to a new venue.
Create a tour
- Open Promote in the sidebar.
- In the Tours card, click New tour.
- Enter the Tour name (it's the page's title) and an Intro — what a reader sees first, above the dates.
- Optional: turn on Spanish version and fill in Intro (Spanish).
- Click Create tour.
The tour's public link, /t/<slug>, appears under its name. Use Copy to grab it.
Add events to it
Two ways:
- An existing event: open the event's Page tab and, in the Promotions and tour card, pick the tour under Tour. Click Save.
- The next stop: on the Promote page, click Next stop on the tour. Choose the event to Copy from, the new Venue and when it Starts, optionally a Name (optional), then Add stop.
Next stop copies the event's page words, waivers, floor plan and promotions settings to the new venue and date. The address and the guests don't come along. You land on the new event so you can finish it.
Venue not there yet? Add the venue first. Archived venues don't count against your plan, so past cities can be archived.
What the tour page shows
Every stop with its date and time (in that stop's time zone), the venue, the address when the event's page has one, and a Details or Register button into the event's page. Past stops are listed below, dimmed. Your promotions sit between the two.
Archive a tour
Click the archive button on the tour and confirm Archive tour. The public page goes dark; the events stay exactly where they are, just no longer grouped. A workspace can hold up to 20 tours.
