Watch the door from the event

  1. Open the event and click the Attendance tab.
  2. Read Check-ins per hour: bars for entries and, when re-entry is on, a line for occupancy. Hover a bar for the exact numbers.
  3. Scroll to Latest check-ins for the live feed, most recent first.

The header shows how many have been admitted, how many are inside now (with re-entry on) and the event's capacity. Times are in the venue's time zone.

While the event is live, the tab shows live and refreshes on its own every 15 seconds. Click Refresh to update it now.

In Latest check-ins each row is tagged IN, OUT or BACK (a re-entry), and parties show how many are in, for example "2/4 in".

The tiles at the top of the event page — Admitted, Inside now or Checked in, and Capacity used — give the same picture at a glance.

Export the attendance list

Click Export CSV on the Attendance tab. You get one row per invitation with the reference, name, email, table, status, party size, how many were admitted, the RSVP, the first check-in time and the validity window.

Compare events at a venue

  1. Go to Venues and click the chart icon on the venue (or Analytics on its events page).
  2. Pick a range: 30 days, 90 days, 12 months or All time.

You see totals for events, invited, Admitted, Show rate, how many responded and how many came back, then three charts:

  • Per event — invited seats against admitted.
  • When guests arrive — entries by half hour around doors opening, to staff the door for the busiest moment.
  • By weekday — average entries a night.

Below are the Events table with each night's peak, your Regulars, and Email delivery. Export CSV downloads the range.
