Waiver copies for guests, and the waiver file for you
Give any signer a copy of what they signed by email or text, and email your team or insurer every signature of an event as a zip of PDFs with an index.
A copy for the guest
When a guest signs at the door, the signing form asks for their name as signed (never pre-filled — they type their own name, companions included) and, optionally, an email or phone. If they give one, they receive a link to their copy right after signing: the waiver text as they saw it, their typed name, when and where, and a PDF to download.
From the event's Waiver tab you can send a copy at any time: open a signature's menu → Send a copy, pick the guest's email or phone on file or type another, and send. A guest who asks "what did I sign?" — or wants to read it before signing — can be sent the text this way too.
Find signatures fast
The Waiver tab has a search (name, signer, email, phone) and filters: where (door or online), who signed (the guest or a companion), progress (whole party signed, still owed), and version. Group by invitation shows a party together: the holder first, then each companion's seat, with what's still owed in red.
Email the file
Email the file sends every signature — or just the ones your filters show — as a zip of PDFs with an index.csv, to teammates you tick and any address you type (the insurer, a partner). Large events go in parts of up to 400 PDFs so every email arrives. Each PDF is the text as the signer saw it, their typed name, and when and where they accepted; the index has the same columns as the tab's export.
The email lists what's inside and who asked for it; the send is in the audit log.
Signatures recorded by the organiser (see Correct attendance) are marked as such in the PDF and the index.
