Use the dashboard and the Ops board

What the dashboard tells you at a glance, and how to run a busy night from the Ops board.

The dashboard

Click Dashboard in the sidebar (it's also where you land after signing in). Door staff skip it and go straight to the scanner.

  • The top row shows Live now, Admitted today, Next 7 days and your Plan with this month's invitations.
  • Live now lists events in progress, with an Open scanner link.
  • Coming up lists the next 7 days by start time. Recently ended covers the last 7 days.
  • This week charts admissions per day in your workspace's time zone.
  • Admins and billing members also see Plan usage (with Details, which opens the Plan page) and Recent activity from the audit log.

Dashboard numbers refresh when you reload the page. If emails failed to send in the last 7 days, a banner links you to review and retry them.

The Ops board

Click Ops in the sidebar. It's built to stay open on a laptop or tablet during an event, and it refreshes itself every 30 seconds.

  1. Alerts come first — for example, nobody scanning at a live door, registrations waiting for approval, an event near or at capacity, guests still to accept a waiver, or failed emails. Click an alert to jump to the right place. When everything is fine you'll see All quiet.
  2. Events are grouped into Live now, Starting soon (the next six hours) and Just ended.
  3. Each event card shows admitted against capacity (or seats), people inside if re-entry is on, arrivals in the last 15 min, how many are to approve, waiver due, and the Doors — every device or team member scanning, and when they last did.
  4. At the bottom, the Email card counts messages waiting, sending, sent and failed in the last 24 hours, and Going out in the next 24 hours lists scheduled messages.
If a door shows nobody scanning, open the scanner on that phone, or pair a new one.
