Change your workspace settings
Set the business name guests see, where their replies go, the language of guest emails and pages, the default time zone and your logo.
Update the basics
- Open Settings in the sidebar (Admins only).
- Under General, change what you need (see the fields below).
- Click Save changes. Changed your mind? Discard puts the old values back.
- Business name — shown to guests in emails and on their invitation page.
- Reply-to email — when guests reply to an invitation (a plus-one, a dietary note, an apology), the reply lands here. Leave it blank and replies go to VenueWS support instead of to you.
- Guest language — English or Español, used for invitation emails and the guest invitation page.
- Default time zone — pre-selected when you create a venue.
Guest language only affects what guests see. Each team member picks their own language for the app in the sidebar — see Change the language.
Add your logo
- Under Logo, click Upload logo.
- Choose a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG file up to 200 KB.
It appears at the top of guest emails and invitation pages. Use Replace logo to change it or Remove to take it off.
Your workspace ID
The Workspace card shows your Workspace ID, name and creation date. Click Copy and include the ID when you write to support or when a plan is set up for you — it's the one thing that identifies your workspace. Nothing on this card can be edited.
Check the emails you've sent
Further down, Email delivery lists the last 30 emails sent from your workspace and whether each one went out. Learn more in Email log and delivery.
